Uptown Waterloo BIA
The Uptown Waterloo BIA exists to promote and beautify the uptown core. As such, the BIA hosts many special events and festivals annually to bring vibrancy and create opportunities for place-making in Uptown. Specifically to bring vibrancy back into the core following the challenges of COVID-19, the BIA is hosting a weekly open air market to encourage community members to support local businesses and vendors.
