What’s Required of Your Organization
- Select one of our listed community partners to work with.
- Select one of the 6 types of kits to assemble.
- Time: 1-2 hours. Your employees could join for part of or the whole kit assembly event.
- Space: cafeteria or large meeting room with tables and chairs.
- Financial contribution: varies depending on the organization supported and the contents of the kits assembled.
- $250 fee to Volunteer Waterloo Region for facilitating the logistics of this opportunity and providing packing supplies

What We Will Provide Your Team
- Coordination of the volunteer opportunity with the selected organization
- Facilitating a 5-10 minute presentation from the recipient organization to share he impact of their support
- Coordination of acquiring supplies and delivery to your location
- Packing supplies for all kits
- Coordination of transportation and storage

Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: no training required
Working Conditions: Indoor, meeting room or cafeteria setting
light lifting may be required after the kits are complete and packaged
