Description
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the main facilitator in running program sessions
- Help set up and organize materials for activities
- Support participants during group discussions and activities
- Provide one-on-one assistance where needed
- Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all participants

Position Qualifications

Ideal for: An Individual, Student Placement
Age: 18+

Training / Work Condtions

Training Details: We will have two training sessions week of October 14-18 designed to equip part-time Program Facilitators with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully lead and manage the Young men's program.

Facilitators will also receive guidance on creating inclusive and safe environments, and maintaining program consistency.
Working Conditions:

Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, Wheelchair accessible washroom, Accessible work space, Support Newcomers
Transportation: On a bus route


Time Commitment

Duration: 3 months or less
Start Date:2024-10-19
End Date:2024-12-21
Weekend - Daytime
Time Commitment: Saturdays 10AM - 5PM. Hours may vary depending on activities.
