Volunteer-Various Roles
Thrift Shop - Elmira
Impact Statement By volunteering in a thrift shop you assist in the process of "Reducing, Reusing, Recycling" AND help to raise valuable resources for peace and justice programs in Canada and around the world. You may only be one person, but be one person who makes a difference by volunteering with us!
MCC's Thrift shops take gently used clothing, housewares and furniture and turn those donations into cash to support Mennonite Central Committee programs. Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a worldwide ministry of Anabaptist churches, shares God's love and compassion for all in the name of Christ by responding to basic human needs and working for peace and justice.
