Position: Set Up and Take Down Coordinator - Leadership Role - Pre-Event
Location: Victoria Park, Clock Tower field. Kitchener ON
Impact Statement: The LINK Picnic Festival and Carnival Costume Parade is an African and Caribbean Cultural Diaspora event that includes food, art, music and activities to engage the whole family. Your support helps us raise awareness of these cultures, reduce barriers to cultural harmony and collaboration, and link people up through the arts. Festival date is August 24-25, 2019.
Description: You will be required to manage logistics (set up, take down, handle venue amenities) for a smooth and timely operation of this outdoor event.
Training Details: Details will be provided by the event coordinator and the previous manager (who now lives elsewhere).
Working Conditions: Outdoor. Rain or shine.
Duration: 3 months or less
Timing: Weekend - Daytime, Anytime
Time Detail: August 24-25, 2019 at Victoria Park, Kitchener.
Age: 18+
