Parents for Community Living (PCL) is a not-for-profit charitable organization founded in 1986 by a group of visionary parents and community members. PCL provides Community Living, Supported Independent Living, Employment and Day Supports for children, youth and adults in the Waterloo Region. We employ approximately 220 people.
