LINK Picnic Festival
The LINK Picnic Festival and Carnival Costume Parade celebrate the wealth and diversity within the African and Caribbean Diaspora and it provides contacts and exposure to multiple levels of the community in a relaxed, yet stimulating outdoor setting. Get a taste of the African and Caribbean Culture from the food, arts, music etc. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the Carnival costume parade, face painting for kids, learn to drum and dance at the Drumming Village. You can also enjoy the performances of amazing artists on the main stage and steel pan bands in the steel pan yard. So if you love music, entertainment, and want to make a difference in the community come link up with us.
