HomeworkHub's ESL volunteers make it possible to deliver accessible and quality academic assistance to ESL and refugee students by playing an integral role in our organization through volunteering their time, skills and knowledge. At all times, HomeworkHub welcomes refugee and newcomer students to our organization. We hope that we can provide our support through education during this transitional period in their lives!

Description
Are you looking for a great way to volunteer and make a difference? HomeworkHub is a FREE community service, created by high school students FOR high school students who are in search of success!
Volunteers will assist an hour of their time each week for eight weeks to meet with the student and guide them through their subject of choice.

Training / Work Condtions
Training Details: Upon registration, a short interview and overview of the position will be held before taking on a student. Additionally,professional training sessions and videos will be provided throughout the year.
Working Conditions: Virtual meetings with students, computer and internet access required.
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, Wheelchair accessible washroom, Designated accessible parking space, Support volunteers with special needs, Accessible work space, Support Newcomers
