Description Material for the presentations is adapted from Parachute Canada’s evidence-based Brain Waves program and includes discussions and activities about the parts and functions of the human brain, how and why to protect the brain, and how and why to wear a helmet. Throughout the presentation, our trained staff and volunteers provide opportunities for students to think critically, engage their five senses, and ask questions, all while having fun along the way. Our presentations have been designed for the following grades: JK-SK, 1-3, 4-6, and 7-8.
